Mr David Windridge
CEO, MEGT (Australia) Ltd
David Windridge commenced as Chief Executive at MEGT in February 1992. With an extensive background in education services, organisational management and a commitment to delivery of best practice service, David has overseen the growth of MEGT from a staff of four people and one office in Melbourne’s outer east, to a national entity employing over 1000 people, 105 offices and reaching out to students from all over the world. In December 2009 he was appointed as Executive Director (& CEO), and joined the Board as one of nine directors, providing governance to the development of the company.
MEGT has extended its business internationally and recently MEGT UK was established. MEGT UK is developing partnerships for off shore programs and is committed to growing transnational opportunities. In partnership with Loughborough College (East Midlands) a joint venture, IMPACT Apprenticeships, has been established to assist local Group Training opportunities.
There are five service arms of the business:
- Registered Training Organisation (RTO) - domestic and international students
- Recruitment & Management Services (RMS)
- Australian Apprenticeship Centre (AAC) (Australia’s largest AAC)
- Workforce Planning Australia (WPA)
- MEGT UK (IMPACT Apprenticeships)
