Mr Peter Bentley

Research Fellow

Peter Bentley joined the LH Martin Institute in 2011 as a Research Fellow and will work on projects investigating course redesign and the changing nature of the academic profession. Peter is also responsible for developing the Tertiary Education Digest, providing alumni with a brief summary of recently published and relevant tertiary education journal articles, books and research.

Prior to joining the LH Martin Institute, Peter worked as a research associate at the Nordic Institute for Studies in Innovation, Research and Education (NIFU). Peter has also worked for Northern Territory Treasury, the Department of State Development and acted on the steering board for the European Commission’s Erasmus Mundus Quality Assessment Project.

Peter holds a European Master in Higher Education, jointly awarded by the Universities of Oslo, Tampere and Aveiro under the European Commission’s Erasmus Mundus program. He also holds a Master of European Business Law and Business Administration from Lund University, and undergraduate degrees from the University of Western Australia (B.A. and B.Com.), which included one year at McGill University.
