Ms Cindy Tilbrook
Executive Manager
As Executive Manager, Cindy facilitates the LH Martin Institute’s ongoing development and has particular responsibility for planning, reporting, legal and financial management.
Cindy holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Economics degrees, and is a Chartered Accountant. Her professional career has included work in the not-for-profit sector (local government, educational and charitable organisations), the private sector (professional service firms) and consulting (in the fields of strategic management, organisational design and process improvement). She was the Executive Director of Graduate Careers Australia for six years, the body that conducts the national ‘Australian Graduate Survey’ of student outcomes and course experiences, the ‘University and Beyond’ survey of undergraduate perceptions, and provides a suite of career-related resources for tertiary students.
