Dr Heather Davis
Lecturer
Heather joined the LH Martin Institute as a Course Co-Ordinator and Lecturer in July 2012. She has a background in research management, knowledge work, adult education and professional development. Heather is the Association Secretary for the Association for Tertiary Education Management and holds a BBus, RMIT and a Master of Professional Education & Training, Deakin University. Her research interests include university leadership and management, distributed leadership, qualitative inquiry, social complexity theories and e-learning.
In February 2013 Heather completed a PhD research project investigating Leadership Literacies for Professional Staff in Universities, under the supervision of Professor Sandra Jones of the School of Management, RMIT University. In addition to her research, Heather is the Course Coordinator for the Graduate Certificate in and Master of Tertiary Education Management. She is also Program Manager of the Emerging Leaders and Managers Program (eLAMP).
