Professor Jesús Francisco Galaz-Fontes
Jesús Francisco Galaz-Fontes is Professor of Education at the Faculty of Human Sciences and at the Engineering Institute of the Autonomous University of Baja California, México. He holds a Psychology B.A. from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, a Psychology M.A. from the University of Guelph, Canada, and an Education Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University, United States. He has been Director of his home faculty and head of the Department of Planning, Follow-Up and Strategic Studies in his university. He has been Visiting Professor at Seton Hall University and Visiting Scholar at the University of Arizona. His main areas of interest are, in general, higher education policy and governance and, in particular, faculty. He has published on both topics journal articles and books. He currently coordinates the Mexican CAP Project. |
