Shiru Wang is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Division of Policy, Administration and Social Sciences at the Faculty of Education in the University of Hong Kong. She got her Ph.D. degree in political science at Yale University in December 2008. Her research focuses on political participation, local elections, democratization, political communication, education and politics, and management and governance in higher education. |
