Consultancy & Bespoke

Consultancy & Bespoke

The LH Martin Institute offers institutions the opportunity to tailor its current programs to their specific needs, or to develop specific programs on a fee-for-service basis.

An example is our work with the Box Hill Institute where we developed a range of customised activities for its staff such as:

  • a one-day session on building capacity in senior management and educator groups to increase their contextual awareness and collective capacity to lead complex change
  • keynote presentations by LH Martin Institute's Associate Professor Leesa Wheelahan on topics relevant to Box Hill
  • meeting to discuss design, development and implementation of a new teaching qualification--the Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Education--to prepare academics for higher education teaching in TAFE.

On a limited scale, LH Martin Institute staff, fellows and associates are available for specific consultancy projects that fall within their areas of expertise. Examples of these are listed below.
