This one-day seminar will provide an opportunity for university leaders, organisational development and human resources practitioners and academics to discuss current trends and issues in performance management in the Higher Education sector.

The seminar will cover:

Performance for All - Performance Enhancement in Universities (additional session)

9.30am - 1.00pm, Tuesday, 25 September

An additional session on the Performance for All project will follow the seminar. The project aims to deliver online appraisal and performance enhancement tools which specifically focus on the complex needs of the education and research sectors in the UK. This session will be conducted by Christian Carter from the University of Bristol and will include a demo of the software used in the project, designed to help improve staff productivity.
